Public Aid Organization/PAO/Kirkuk office conducted the first session of discussion and negotiation on October 12th.2022. The session held with the participation of the (70) community leaders, community members, heads of tribes, members of security forces and decision makers in Haweja district. The session is being conducted within the program of ( Involvement of Community-based mechanisms with the Local authorities in Enhancing Societal Cohesion). It is useful to mention that this phase is the third phase of the program, as there were workshops and Focus Groups in order to “Formulating the Peace Document” in Al Ryad sub-district and Haweja district.
