Public Aid Organization focuses, within its strategic plan, on volunteers as it is essential for building a healthy society. Throughout the year, the organization’s staff recruit volunteers with different specializations in order to build their capabilities and gain knowledge about the culture of volunteering. With the aim of introducing volunteers to the organization, its vision, mission, and most important programs, PAO held training for a group of volunteers of both sexes within the volunteer training project with (Un Ponte Per), and these training will continue within a specified schedule over the year.
