According to Erbil Excuitive Office Anuual Plan, we visited Kuwaiti council in Erbil on 7 October 2019 with the aim of increasing cooperation and coordination on humanitarian and work together in additional to register PAO through registered NGOs in Kuwait Council. We received by Mr. (Saad Rashidi) diplomatic officer in the consulate.
