within the program of” Involvement of the Community Based Mechanisms with Local Authorities to Enhancing Community Cohesion”, Public Aid Organization (PAO)/Kirkuk office implemented the second session of “dialogue and negotiation” on October 19th.2022. The Session was conducted with participation of (70) public figures in addition to clan leaders, security forces members and decision makers in Kirkuk. It is useful to mention that this is the third phase of the program, where the first and second phases included holding workshops and focus group discussions in order to formulating peace documents in Al Riyad and Haweja areas in Kirkuk.
