On 23 of March,2023 Public Aid Organization Participated in organizing the central celebration of women along with Women`s Empowerment Department in Basra, the celebration was conducted on the hall of the Diwan of Basra Governorate, in the presence of Deputy Governor of Basra, Mr. Mo`en Al Hassan, directors of security services, community police, family protection units, local NGOs and representatives of Basra Universities. During the ceremony, it has been reviewing of the advancement of women in building the political, social and economic life in Basra through indicating the most important achievements of women. The event also honored Public Aid Organization for its active role in society.
