On Tuesday 21-04-2022, a group of former candidates, journalists, lawyers females participated in a focus group session held by PAO and within the activities of Enhancing Democratization Program (EDP) which is funded by the Norwegian people’s Aid (NPA) on Defining the Challenges women faced in the Decision-making process.
The participants discussed the current status of their participation and their peers in the economic field, the opportunities available for them to participate, and suggestions that could help remove the obstacles that stand in the way of women’s participation in this field.
Also, Based on their perspective, these women suggested a path to help improve women’s participation in the economic field by establishing and facilitating the procedures of company registrations and loans approvals for small businesses of women.
