The community center of the Baghdad provincial council conducted a panel discussion within the democracy promotion program supported by the Public Aid Organization (PAO) on 18/9/2019 in the hall of Baghdad provincial council on begging and its social effects, the session was attended by Baghdad Governorate, provincial council, community police, organizations and citizens, and they discussed the phenomenon of begging in the province with the diagnosis of the causes of this phenomenon and came up with a recommendation paper and proposals to reduce this phenomenon.
