The Public Aid Organization announced a state of emergency within the organization on the date of 3/3/2020 for the safety of workers and the prevention of Corona virus, as it formed a crisis cell to follow up the latest developments in this field and a series of preventive instructions was issued to this cell and was circulated to workers for commitment, and It provided the following instructions:
- Declaring a first-class state of emergency (red) in the organization for in the Kurdistan Region, and it will be similar to other governorates if a curfew is declared and workers will work in their homes 14 and 15 March 2020.
- Stopping work in the organization’s offices, programs and projects and laying off workers, and establishing a volunteer team to preserve the organization’s property and documents. And implement the possible part of the emergency response plan.
- Commitment to the health and security authorities ’instructions regarding limiting movement, movement and assembly, and working to obtain a permit to transport volunteer teams.
اعلنت منظمة النجدة الشعبية عن حالة الطوارئ داخل المنظمة وبتاريخ ١٣٣ ٢٠٢٠ من اجل سلامة العاملين والوقاية من فايروس كورونا حيث قامت بتشكيل خلية ازمة لمتابعة اخر التطورات في هذا المجال ونتج عن اجتماع هذه الخلية سلسلة من التعليمات الوقائية وتم تعميمها على العاملين من اجل الاتزام بها ونصت هذه التعليمات على:
اعلان حالة الطوارئ من الدرجة الاولى (الأحمر) في المنظمة ليومي السبت والاحد في اقليم كوردستان وتكون امر مماثل لمحافظات اخرى اذا تم اعلان منع التجوال وسوف يعمل العاملون في منازلهم 14 و 15 اذار 2020.
ايقاف العمل في مكاتب وبرامج ومشاريع المنظمة وتسريح العاملين، وانشاء فريق متطوعين للحفاظ على ممتلكات ووثائق المنظمة. وتنفيذ الجزء الممكن من خطة مواجهة حالة الطوارئ .
الالتزام بتعليمات السلطات الصحية والامنية فيما يتعلق بالحد من الحركة والتنقل والتجمع، والعمل على الحصول على تصريح خاص بتنقل فرق المتطوعين.
